Cozy and Comfortable Stay

What a gem! We had a lovely 1 night stay here. The room was super comfy and clean, with a fan for the warm weather. Dinner was a highlight—small menu, but every dish was delish and made with quality stuff. The atmosphere was cozy thanks to a lit wood stove. Only bummer was no lift, which made lugging suitcases a bit tricky.

Honestly, there was nothing to really complain about. The only hiccup was the slope in the wet room, but really, it all shined brightly!

During my stay, I loved strolling through Eskrigg Nature Reserve, which is just around 1.5 km away, and the restaurant offered a fantastic menu with over 40 gins to sample, making for a delightful evening after my adventures. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the comfort of my updated standard double room, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful surroundings.

The staff went above and beyond to make my son's wedding day unforgettable amidst challenging circumstances. The beautiful function room and delicious buffet were highlights of our stay.

I did encounter some delays in service and had issues with the bathroom facilities which could benefit from improvement. it's a good option for a short stay, particularly for families due to the spacious layout.

Had an amazing stay with friends! We enjoyed the lovely beer garden and the tasty food at the restaurant. Great for families with a varied children's menu. Pro-tip, it's a bit away from town, so plan for that!

my stay at the sure was pleasant. the young staff were really competent and served us quickly at dinner. the hotel has a charming old vibe, and i saw it transforming into a great place. plus, it's conveniently located just off the main road in scotland.

Great stopover for a business trip

Had a comfy stay for one night. The guy at reception was super friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and had this awesome big bay window. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast too! Although, it could be a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but not a dealbreaker for me.
